bugsw1 - There is a QD for air on the engine driver's side near the air manifold; however, the QD requires a non-standard male fitting. Rather than fight the 120# issue with the engine compressor, I purchased a Kobalt 110v compressor that is low profile and fits in the bin where the 110V outlet is located. It provides me with up to 150#, is very quite, and reliable. I've only had to add air 2 - 3 times a year based more on temperature than anything else. I have a TPMS. I also adjusted the pressure based on weight, which has resulted in a better ride on our rough roads.

There are no QD air chucks on the Verona ( not on the LE I bet). Freightliner installed their "kit" on my Verona...One right off the manifold on the firewall and two more in front of each rear tire in the bulkhead compartments. I could have lived with just the one in the front but I got 3 and a total bill of $800!!! The chucks are not standard Home Depot chucks and after buying what I thought should have fit I got one from Freightliner for like $8.00. I have learned a hard lesson about Freightliners shop costs!!!

But now you have 400hp air compressor. Look out for Al Gore

So much for April delivery :(
I remember you ordered your Verona and I ordered my Explorer withing days of each other in January. Mine was originally scheduled for factory pickup on June 7th (Day after tomorrow) but I was notified in march that there was an issue getting the Chassis from Freightliner and it would be July 14th instead. Steve at IWS Motorcoaches was great though. Gave me an additional $3600.00 in upgrades free for the inconvenience. I told him he could keep holding up the build date until it was free

Good luck and let us know how it went. I am told mine will have the ISL9 Cummins. Waiting to see as the 18 model year Cummins engine is called an L9 and has no EGR system which is a big plus in my opinion.

My only mod so far

So I HAD to put a hold back strap on the pocket door that separates the living room from the bath hall area.

It is the only door that doesn't have one, and it was slamming around on turns.

cheap and easy fix, put it down low. out of the way and works perfectly.

don't know why renegade didn't add one to this door.

They supposedly have a magnet that holds the door open. My wife took one look at that and told me "That's not gonna hold". Guess you proved her right.

Yeah driving home from picking it up I would hear a slam here and there.
Sounds horrible...
Much quieter now 😁

Magnet seems to hold mine shut at least to this point. Any other issues Deputy? Initial impression?

That was the only issue I've dealt with.. Actually I have to look at the door.. When it's cold out it's a real bear to open from the inside..
I think the catch may need to be raised or modified..
Otherwise perfect

The exterior door can be a bear to open and adjust! I had Bauer send me another lock set because the original one was very sensitive.

is Bauer the mfg of the door locks ?
it seems like the 'bolts' coming off the door just don't quite line up with the catch on the frame.
I haven't played with it yet though, probably should.
Thanks Ron

I am on my 2nd Bauer also. First one stopped working. The door mechanism IS a bear to adjust. I had bolts backing out and hitting the striker constantly. Finally just put some Locktite on the bolts after getting a decent adjustment and now I don't have to carry my screwdriver evertime I close the door.
