Sewer Solution Kit

Has anyone installed one of these on a Verona LE?

https://www.amazon.com/Valterra-SS01...er+solution+rv

There is a nice video at this link too.

There are two holes in the bay where the dump terminus is located. One is almost directly under the cap and one is a couple of feet to the rear.

The Sewer Solution will not attach to the terminus over the first hole. A 90 degree elbow pointed down the hole will not attach there either.

I want to plumb the Sewer Solution so that the small diameter drain goes out one of holes with the bay doors closed.

Running some sort of extension the back hole may be the only way to go but I am trying to make everything hard attached rather than using a short piece of Rhino Flex back there.

I hate to give up on this because I hate (two hates) the big Rhino Flex deal

I got a Sewer Solution from eBay at better than 50% off. I use it to dump at home because the SS and a 50' of 1" plastic line goes in a basement window into a floor drain. It fastens to my dump connection just like a stinky slinky does, I add a short section of clear so I can view what's flushing.

I tried several ways to hook this thing up including 90° and 45° elbows. No way it will work because the black tube is too low in the bay AND for some reason is about 2/3 across the first exit hole so nothing can attach and drop.

The only way I see to make it work is to add an hard pipe extension back to the second down hole. Looks like 17"-18".

It still will be very close to the floor but a 90° elbow might allow the Sewer Solution to attach. There would be no room for it to live there and the elbow would have to be removed for travel so the hole could be closed.

Where would one look for a hard extension? I suppose one could be made with if the twist ends are available by themselves.

Use Google to find other parts. I did a search for "RV dump tank fittings" and found this suppler.

I am sorry to revive an old thread but I am curious: did you fashion your own extension and if so do you recall what components you did it with?

I can’t see spending fifty bucks on their 25 foot official extension.

I needed to go 15" back from the black terminus pipe so I could dump out of the aft hole in the floor. I hooked a clear 10" extension to a clear 5" extension. The Sewer Solution comes up through the aft hole and connects to the extensions. I bought a 90 degree hose elbow so the fresh water hose would also come up through the aft hole and connect to the Sewer Solution.

I have been using this set up for about 7 months now and love it. Although it is not as fast as a slinky, it is cleaner to use because it rinses itself.
