You didn't include model number and I don't know what an 'electric pilot' means. They are usually electric ignition (using a spark) or a pilot light.

In either case, you can Google the model number and find a manual and troubleshooting guide. In the case of electronic ignition, you should be able to hear the sparking standing near the WH. If not, check 12 v power and then the spark gap. With a pilot light, if it burns when lit and holding the button, but goes out when you let go, it's usually the thermocouple. These are relatively simple to replace, the thermocouple can be found at any good hardware store.

Please tell us if your hot heater is electric and LP gas or LP gas only. If it is LP gas only and your inside switch is on, you will notice that a red light is close to the water heater switch. If the water heater does not light after several tries the red light will illuminate denoting this fact. This means it is qn igniter problem. If it does not come on and it is still not working, check to fuse in the coach 12v box and then check the circuit breakers just above the LP gas valve on the water heater by pressing them to see if they had tripped.

Be sure to tell us what model the hot water heater is and it would be helpful to know what TC you have.

There is a standard trouble shooting list.
Is Gas Flowing (I know you said the tank is full but is it coming out the gas jet? YES, Read on, NO post and we go to next step

Are Sparks being generated, YES, it should light, NO post and we go to next step B

IS it lighting and then going out.. If yes, Post

Suspect list:
Gas solenoid (low)
Spark gap (Medium)
clooged heat exchanger (medium)
Gas jet clogged (high)
Control board (high)

Where/what is failing is important as it will cross off most of that list.
