At the Jolly Roger. Only been here since tues...seems OK, quiet, not a bad location. A/C has been out for weeks as I jump through hoops for Coleman. After getting an approved Coleman repair center to do a Coleman diagnosis ($150 not refundable took 5 minutes) Coleman has agreed to send a replacement A/C unit (10 - 12 days) and then we’ll get it installed. Coach net will send someone out to get my jack up but they will not cover the cost of the service.

What's that object jutting out from the rooftop in the second picture?
Oh....that must be what they call the awning.

Yes - that would be an awning - in the light of day for the first time use in almost 3 months. I am not confident about using the awning but if I don't use it - I can't determine if it is reliable. So, I will deploy and re-track knowing it will fail in some indeterminable position that I will need to deal with before continuing travel. So I have 24" wire ties and power tools that will be used to secure the awning when needed.
Off-topic - But, aside from the awning extending or re-tracking there is the issue of the fabric being slack on both ends and it pools water before slowly dripping through on to whatever is beneath. I experienced this and was fortunate to find it in time to remove most of the water. And if the (2) pools of water are not somehow removed you can expect a catastrophic failure.
The problem may be that the Carefree Apex awning is simply not a product that can be installed on the LE roof as Renegade has done since it appears to work for other applications.
I apologize for going off-topic but didn't want t leave the impression the Awning problem is resolved.

Holiday Cove RV Park in Cortez, FL. Mr. and Mrs. JCAT are next door in Buttonwood. We are pretending that we don't know them.

I hope there was not enough snow for the state to treat the roads. I really don’t want that stuff on our Renegade!

Returned last night from a two day stay at Holiday Trav-L Park in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Been there so many times, no one bothered to take a photo. Just down to share a little Christmas cheer with friends.
Got lucky and scored an early, no wait, table at Blue for dinner. Always a treat!
