NPR ??

Does anyone have any thoughts, good or bad, about NPR style toters? I am including Isuzu, UD GMC Chevrolet, Hino and Ford cabovers in this question. I have a 12k lb NuWay Hitchhiker and looking for a capable and inexpensive diesel dually and the cabover style was discussed at work. I'm thinking of a 6 cyl turbo diesel automatic. It's either that or a 2nd generation Dodge dually w/cummins.

Thoughts please.
Thanks

Well, I guess I answered my own question. Found a discussion on a lawn care forum about NPR's, and IMHO the bad outweighs the good. Hot in summer due to the glass, noisy, rough ride, etc.....
But, good power and fuel mileage....back to 2nd gen Cummins.
