Stuck in the middle with no home

Stuck in the middle with no home
I don't know where I should be MDT or just conversions. Project is 1997 Ford E-super duty (E47) commercial cut-away with a 17' Intercontinental box (locking alumi sides) that I'm converting. It’s not a diesel but a fresh v10 with torque under 2500 miles on it. It has 4.63 diff (so I can use OD) Over 14,050 rear axle brake code L on vin# which is 14,001 to 16,000 with 174 'WB
Going with just fresh and gray water tanks. Going with electric compost toilet and vent.
So do you think I'm in the right area?

I just didn't want to have a third tank. and helps my fresh water go further. If I hadn't found the one I did for a very nice price. The cost would of made me see my way to a regular rv type an tank. I ran across a few camp grounds this year that had gray water disposal only at the sites and waste when you exited. I'll try it for a while if any hic-ups conventional here I come.
