We just took out all the seat from our MC-8 bus and I was wondering if there is a market for them?

I put them on Craig s list in trade of labor to help us demo the rest of the bus since it is me a 91 lb woman and my husband who works 6 days a week till 7 pm.

Anyone have and ideas and if there is a market how much are they worth on avg, I know it would be less now unless it is just the metal that is worth anything?

Also is there a better place to post them?

I know post elsewhere I would have to ask for money but I will take what I can get. How much should I ask?

Also the Detroit Diesel Engines and MCI manuals, are there PDF downloads for free for them anywhere? Where do I look for the info I would need for the engine to get a manual also.

I know I loaded this post with questions, sorry about that.
Thanks in advance,
CJ

Don't know how to go about selling them but some places down here in south Ga., we see them on porches all the time. And sometimes even out under the shade tree.

Yeah, I've seen that too, often next to an old appliance or junk car. Must be a southern thang?

so not really passenger bus places buying used seats from Craig's list in bulk? Is the metal on them worth anything? I just don't know what to do with them, I hate the idea of them going to the dump plus they are not in bad shape.
Thanks for your responses,
CJ
rgvtexan yes I do need to do that, sorry.
