Stump I plan to use propane, but propane for engines has to be the 5% butane or the changes in temp will affect air fuel ratio also a gen set consumes a lot of fuel

Gonna eventually have a way too big tank on my property along with a liquid fill line to fill the bus tank myself. Then can get best price for my propane dollar. The diesel gen set would be for the roof air(s) put in an elevated fuel pickup so if run out still drive to diesel station

My old 91 Foretravel has a Onan 7.5 kw diesel genset It also has a 250lb propane tank. It holds about 48 gallons of liquid propane.I fill it in the spring and Fall. I leave the 2 furnaces on in the winter on a real low setting to keep plumbing warm. it doesn't take much propane to refill But my coach is super insulated also Thats just how they build these things.
