Thanks Mr Mark, Mark71; I’m curious exactly what Marathon you’re acquiring and model year.

Which tow bar for Prevost?

Very nice. Make sure we get photos! Love to see other people’s addiction...

I’m in a similar situation. I’ve picked out an 06 Featherlight Vantare and just need to sell my 2012 Monaco Dynasty. Can’t wait to get into the Prevost club!

And to the topic of the thread, the Featherlight dealer sales rep highly recommends the Blue Ox, FWIW.

We’ll save you a spot at the bar in the clubhouse....best luck with your purchase!

PorscheLover, we were in the same predicament back in summer of 2014. We had ordered our coach in Feb. and needed to sell our 2008 Monaco Dynasty.

We consigned it at Motorhomes of Texas in Nacogdoches, TX. They charged an 8% fee, took pics and a video and cleaned the coach. They keep all of their coaches plugged in and slides closed until a potential customer wants to look. It took 90 days to sell. We were just picking up our new Liberty so the timing was perfect.

I did not want to deal with people myself so consignment worked well. They have all of the financing arrangements available if needed, etc.

Congrats on the new coach!
Mark

I’ve been around Blue Ox bars a lot. They are very good hardware. I just went through the choice myself and picked a Roadmaster Blackhawk 2 (10,000 lb) since my last Roadmaster is still going strong since 2005. Figured if I could get a new toad (F-150), I should get a new tow bar.

Circumstances changed, and I’m getting a Marathon rather than the Featherlight. They are taking my Monaco in trade for amount I was looking to get.

I am intending to use the Blue Ox.
