Max vehicle length?

We are considering an HDT to haul our toad and 33' trailer. It would be nice to find a medium duty with the length we need, but I seem to be having problems finding a suitable length we need.

I looked at a freightliner FLD12064 which would be great for the sorento to fit on the back and be able to pull our 33' Spartan.

I have looked over western haulers, but the bed is not long enough for the KIA.

Is there a max combined vehicle length limit allowed for state campgrounds? I have looked and they all seem to vary.
Do most state campgrounds allow HDTs in or do they have to go to special RV campgrounds?
We really do not want to miss out on the state campgrounds as they have some of the best scenery.

If anyone can direct me to some site which notes camp ground lengths or acceptable lengths, I would appreciate it.
