02 Damon Intruder wiper motor

Well I've replaced the turn signal assembly and still have wiper motor issue not working at times. No matter what position I try.

Maybe the motor is going bad? No brand or model number. Any have info on where to get a new one?

Thank you

I would at least put a volt meter on the electrical connector going to the wiper motor to see if you have voltage there, before replacing wiper motor.

I had intermittent issues with my wiper motor before it quit.. I took it off and apart, and the motor was filled with rust. Perhaps you have the same issue.

If it turns out you do need a new motor, check with these folks:
Windshield Wiper Blades and Systems | DC Electric Motors | Wiper Motor Assembly | AM Equipment

Also check to see the wiper motor power connector isn't wet from rain water getting into it while driving. If it appears so, dry out and apply dielectric grease.

02 damon intruder wiper motor

I had to replace my wiper motor in our Tiffin. Diesel Equipment Corp was the original supplier, per label on motor. You can find them online, nice people. The issue is the rubber grommet around the wires where they enter the motor. Not a good seal, allowing water intrusion. I disassembled the new one and did a better job of sealing it up before installing. 5 or 6 years now, no problems.
