Hello all,

Just joined the forum, lots of great info here!

I have been doing some searching, and it looks like the right fuel pump for my RV (2002 Monaco Monarch on a 2001 Workhorse Chassis) is the 25178145. It also appears that the Airtex E3982M is the same part as well. I was wondering if anyone could confirm that the Airtex is in fact the same and will work.

Thanks for all you help, I appreciate it!

nicktb: WELCOME to the Workhorse forum and iRV2! Glad you joined and posted.

Is your chassis a P32 or an early W series?

According to My Workhorse info, it says P32122 is the model listed. I don't have much info since I just bought it... Does that mean it is a P32 chassis?

Correction, I just decoded the VIN. It is a W22 with the 8.1 motor...

Thanks,

Nick

Nick :Yes, the model # you posted means it is a W22. They didn't drop the "P" and substitute a "W" in the model # nomenclature until later years. Confusing, ain't it!

If you want to post the last 8 digits (only) of your VIN#, I can get you a "build sheet" showing more details about that chassis.

Regarding the fuel pump, here is info from OEMY'S Xref:

25178125 In Tank Fuel PumpAC Delco/GM
SP6100M In Tank Fuel PumpSpectra
P74758M In Tank Fuel PumpCarter

Check your PM. If the formatting is "messed up" as I suspect it is, then PM reply with your email address and I'll send as an Word attachment. Ed

How did you check the pressure to decide it was bad?
