2002 Workhorse Chevy Brake beeping while in drive

RV Sat for a year...
All working just fine however when I put it in gear AUTO PARK works the dash idiot light is on blinking and a beeping happens in forwards or reverse when i go over 5 mph? Any one ever have this issue? Brakes are new from last year... level in MBS is full - Hydraulic on Auto brake is full no leaking. Auto brake works perfect.

Details:
I have a 2002 Fleetwood Terra on a Workhorse Chassis

Problem - When vehicle is in drive and gets above 5 MPG a warning beeping sound is present while the Brake Light Indicator (B) is illuminated on the dash. The error code read by a mechanic tod us rear speed sensor however I had a question I can not get an hits online for.

The power brake motor switch (RGS) and idol speed control power steering pressure switch are all tied to the auto park which work fine for me. Question is have you every heard of the beeping sound when the workhorse is in drive or reverse and speed is approx 5 MPH.

When on Park - NO beeping
When Auto Park is disengaged and foot on brake - No beeping
When Auto Park is disengaged and in Drive with foot on brake - No beeping
When Auto Park is disengaged and in Reverse with foot on brake - No beeping

Thanks for the help

The expert on the Autopark system is oldusedbear. I suggest you send him a private message for advice.

thank you

I sent a private message thanks for the contact... I think I have a sensor that is bad. Will take it to a Chevy dealer to get resolved. I appreciate the info here in this forum. I will post an update.

Please provide feedback on what you find - I haven't heard of this issue.
As a guess - your issue of "the dash idiot light is on blinking and a beeping happens in forwards or reverse when i go over 5 mph" sounds like a chassis brake issue (not AutoPark) - maybe low brake fluid or the sensor in the brake fluid reservoir? If you have a parking brake handle, the switch reporting the parking brake on/off might be indicating the parking brake is on when in motion?

One last idea that's easy to check out - have someone look at your brake lights and see if they go on/off correctly. There is a switch on the brake pedal that maybe got damaged or misaligned.

Thank you

I have the WH going to the Chevy dealer this week. The RV has a yellow emergency brake system where I pull it out and the e brake is set. I put this in drive and set that yellow pull button and the parking brake is set. Disengage and all is fine. I even tested a suggestion I saw where to ensure auto park is not engaged at all is to get to 20 mph and cost in neutral and all is well there as well meaning no auto brake at all. Agreed no auto park issue at all.

I checked the Brake Fluid level (hard to get to) and it is proper in both sections of the res compartment. The brake sensor is a good guess. Weird is the SNAP ON computer reader we used had the workhouse in its keys and said rear speed sensor is where the error is. There is no sensor on the rear at all so figure it is one on the trans. At this point the service all to the dealer for $150 to tell us where the fault is and that is the plan. I will update my details here as well. Thank you for the reply.

Found the issue

I figured out what the beeping was being caused from. Low tire pressure. The beeping came from a sensor that was trying to tell me the tire pressure was low. I tool the RV to a truck stop and paid them 28 dollars to check the tire pressure since the tires needed to be at 90 lbs and most tire compressors in my area only went to 70 and the one that I used to get it to 90 was not working. Once I adjusted the tire pressure the beeping went away. The Chevy dealer did not find the cause of the beeping they just suggested to get a new console for 1500 dollars. RV worked great on vacation and lesson learned. Check everything and even the simple things yourself.
