Are any of you familiar with how to correct the distance you can see at night. I don't know if all of the workhorse units are the same, but at night, even with the bright lights on, I can't see more than 20 to 30 feet. On coming cars can't even tell my bright lights are on. It gets kind of scary when you're in a dark area with no other cars in front of you.
Would there be someway to set the lights so that they would show brighter....can the headlights be set as you can on a car, and where would take it to have them checked?
Any info would be a big help before we head out to Washington State.
Thanks,
Richard

My WH has the headlights on when I start the engine. When I turn the headlights on, they are brighter. Check to see if your headlights are coming on, when you turn them on. You may just have the running lights on.... Check fuses, etc.

The manufacturer, Gulfstream in your case, specifies, buys and installs the headlamp units of their choosing. Your headlamps may need to be aimed or perhaps there may be some other type of issue with your head lights that needs to be addressed by your coach builder.
Workhorse does not provide headlamp units for any of the coaches builders that use its chassis.

The 2003 Gulf Stream has poor headlights, you need to put in the better bulbs or change the light to Halo light, I agree, by the time you see a deer in the road with brights on it's to late, but on a good note, you've already got dinner for the next night...
