Smile 2007 W22 chassis - need new metal brake lines source!

I have a 2007 W22 Chassis that has leaking brake lines. The coach is a 2008 Damon Challenger 377 motorhome.
The metal lines along the frame have rusted and are now leaking. Workhorseparts.com has none in stock and say none are available. My repair shop is looking for a full set of metal brake lines. Does anyone know of a source that might have it in stock on the shelf OR a shop in the Houston area that can make them?
The ABS module booster hoses (2) an Left Front and Right Front hoses were replaced last week and now we have others leaking. We are stuck in Livingston,TX until this can be fixed.
Any Help would be appreciated.
Thanks

I'm no expert, but I've read in more than forum of the braking woes and recalls on the later workhorse chassis. That being said. I would look for a good truck repair place. A good mechanic can fabricate them from scratch. Heck, in my younger days I bought stock rod and cut and bent them for my cars. You just have to be willing, and a good mechanic would. It will probably cost more than stock parts though.

They need to either cut them back to non-rusted, flare, and splice, or bend custom lines... those are really the only two options.

Delayed Thank YOU!!!

Thanks to all that replied to my post of July!!! I thought I had updated the post.
Local shop built new custom lines and we have now been 4000 miles with no problems. BEWARE- repair was NOT covered by Extended Warranty due to "rust and corrosion"...not covered under most EW....OUCH!!!

Does anyone have a fix for rusting frame? The "plastic coating" on the front cross bars is flaking off and there is rust underneath.

Thanks again,
Schneid 811

Wire brush, a little elbow grease and some rustoleum might do the trick.

There is a product called OSPHO, (Ospho Rust Treatment - Since 1947) that cost about $15/qt. It supposedly relies on the existing rust that you should not remove.

It is applied directly to the rust and converts it to a black material that encapsulates the metal under the rust. Supposedly halting further corrosion.

Navel jelly and/or rust converter and then paint.
