2009 Workhorse-Bosch Brake Rally

What about a rally for WH-Bosch customers needing a little TLC on their stopping systems?
Just think, we could invite all the Bosch engineers for a little field work. Maybe set up a little machine shop on the side. You know, a couple of lathes, water-jets, etc. Oh, the capabilities could be endless!
Workhorse could supervise the parking and any other oddities that rally's require. Maybe inventory some raw stock just in case an engineer fell upon a revalation. Create a paper trail or two. Think of the money saved by having all those customers in one arena. Maybe nominate a dealer or two for installs just in case the list gets out of hand.
I'm not Sure if Perry would be large enough but maybe we have more than one. Say, 2001-2002 then 2002-2004. Aw heck, lets even invite some Ford people too just for notes.
Not sure of the entertainment but I think some of the attendees could foster up some form of non combative event. Probably we would have to limit the amount public floggings and tar and feathers.

Hey, lighten up. A little levity never hurts. Sure wish I though of this around April fools day!

Anyone interested in attending?

We wwill need to have many local sites since many of us are afraid to drive our WH chassis very far, especially if there will be a need to use our brakes.

Why be afraid? Just got back from a two hour drive in FL and my wife said she smelled burning in our 04 33ft adventurer. I was in the truck pulling our boat. After she parked in the yard I got in to move it and the brake pedal went to the floor; can you say boiled fluid anyone!!!!!
Longer story shorter Chevrolet of Dade City is making it usable and I am paying ; will be waiting for the official workhorse ok to bring it in whenever sometime in the future.
If it makes you feel any better ,my wife who was a cop for 25yrs was unleashed on the poor soul at workhorse who made the mistake of answering the phone. The next one to answer was more polite and they got something accomplished. When she is in that mode I have to leave. Its not pretty.hahahahaha
