2019 Workhorse UFO owners thread
Hi,
Just wondering how fellow UFO owners are getting on with their coaches?
Mine is put away for winter and and will not be used for at least another 2 months.
We only purchased it in May 2018 and used it for about 30 night, hope to make that 50 nights this year. Also 300 miles round trips were the most we used it last year. That will be pushed to a 1000 mile trip later in the summer.
Cheers,

Good Afternoon Unicorn Driver;
Been following this thread and see no one has responded, so here is my two cents for what it is worth.
Coach is now sitting in my RV garage with ongoing housekeeping work being done.
Was having ongoing issues with the fuel system where the coach would be running fine most times and yet it would cutoff on fuel sometimes. Traced the problem back to J5 on the rear chassis control module. The brown wire was burn at the connector and have changed the female pin on the top wire with new Delphi 460 series connector. Hopefully this resolves this issue. Will take coach out this week for a short run and feel the wire to see if it still hot. One thing I noticed was this was wire gauge was higher number (smaller wire). Will keep an eye on this.
Rest of items are housekeeping such as roof wax, silicone replacement, lap sealant repairs etc.
Will also be replacing the master cylinder cap as Wabco recommends an annual change. Good PM for what it is worth.
Getting ready for a West Coast run for personal reasons and waiting for weather to improve.
Best regards and safe RVing.

Hi Lash,
Hope all is well.
That's great you figured out the fuel system issue. It's great you could troubleshoot it yourself.
As soon as things warm up I will do a lot of PM such as sealants and change the generator oil.
I hope the weather improves so you can get moving.
:-)

You may find some things of interest in this link, UFO rear engine has most of these systems other than being in reverse order.
This link maybe useful also.
Enjoy your travels just do safely.

We have used the coach for 12 nights since May. Had hoped for 50 but we are going to Europe so that ties up some vacation, I will be happy if we use it 40 nights. :-)
We absolutely love the coach, it's a night and day difference from our old one. Upgraded the old TVs to a 40inch and 32 inch LCD, replaced the Stereo with a bluetooth/USB model. Adding 440ah of Lifeline Agms and a Victron bmv 712 topped it all off.
Last but not least I got a Jeep Wrangler setup as a toad.

Still going with ours, it will be our last Class A coach for a few years more, than we move into a small stationary house somewhere in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Va. At that time we might think about a class B for short trips to National Park Campgrounds in the Blue Ridge.

No plans to quit in the near future, but will have to one day I am sure. As for now, we park seven months in the mountain in our Class A resort and five months in Florida.

We ended up getting a pad at home for ours allowing it to store at home year round.

I've just recently become aware of the new WUFO chassis. What manufacturers are offering rear-engine gas coaches?

Mine is a Itasac (Winnebago), I know Rexhall, Forest River and Holiday Rambler built them.
I absolute love mine, its drives much nicer than my old 2005 f53.
