We are back home after a fantastic trip to Myrtle Beach, Pigeon Forge, Memphis, Nashville, and 13 states. The WH worked better every mile we drove it. It now has 14500 miles and I think it is finally broken in. The 8L chevy pulled the Smokey Mountains on RT 26 from Ashville with lots of pulling power and the Grade Brake worked perfect on the decent with only very short periods 3 to 5 seconds of brake application to bleed off extra speed was required. I drove with the grade brake turned on all the time and will continue to do so this provided reduced braking on all deceleration requirements it takes a bit of getting used to but does a great job when you get familiar with it. You have to remember to get off the brake after the Allison shifts down.

I want to thank Driver(Mike) and Beau for visiting while we were in MB at OL and to Beau for taking us to get a new battery which I later found out wasn't the problem but that is another story still kicking myself but hey I got a brand new battery at a fantastic price so I think it was a great deal. Thanks a lot guys for the southern hospitality hope to see you both again real soon by next April for sure MB is a great place to spend a month.

Glad to hear that you have arrived home safely. It was nice meeting you after chatting over the last few months, and happy to offer southern hospitality.
As you say the battery is another story, email the results.
Reading your blog, I guess Elaine had a good time and now it is time to work for next years excursion.
