I am trying to get the transmission temperature of the Allison 6 speed to display like the 5 speed. GM/Allison changed the protocol the TCM uses from VPW to CAN. The ECM still uses VPW.

Tester #2 say no go also... So, we are back to getting a coach with a 6 speed out to Linear Logic for testing. I would go but I only have a 5 speed.

Oemy, hope you can get this done. I have both the 6-speed and SG II--would be nice to be able to monitor trans temp.

If there is anyone going to AZ soon or this winter that has a 6 speed I will donate $100 in gas for you to stop at Linear Logic and let them test/scan you coach.

Linear Logic is located in Mesa, AZ.

I plan on going to Quartzite in January. If they still need a Coach then, I will drive to Mesa and let them use my RV.

Wayne,

Thanks.. I have a PM for one in Nov. But, I would like to have a Plan B just in case. So, if you can still do it and plan A fails for any reason I will try to let know as far in advance as possible.
