8.1L Oil pressure

Just wondering.. What is the acceptable oil pressure range on the GM 8.1L engine used by Workhorse in 2005?

No problems.. Just wondering.

on mine the operating oil pressure in the 2000 to 2500 RPM range is 40 to 43 PSI
Idle can go down to the high 20's

The engine does not produce the pressures of the 350 series engines, that you might be comparing

Thanks. I had 33 at 2000 RPM , I thin it hit 28 at idle.. I've never looked at the 350 engine's pressure but that seemed a bit anemic to me.. Sounds like it's good though
