We have removed quite a bit of featured content regarding "Recalls" and information regarding VIN#s and so forth.

The reason is clear, you can now go on-line to Workhorse.com and retrieve any and all information regarding your motorhome and its outstanding campaigns (recalls) and those campaigns that have been accomplished to the motorhome.

It's simple to register and once you've taken the time to register your motorhome you will be presented with all the facts that are known about your chassis. You will be amazed as to how much data you will see regarding your specific chassis.

To get started after you hit the WCC Website, click on the Motorhome Icon (1st icon on the left).

Once on the Motorhome Chassis page click on "Make this my Workhorse Home Page" located on the bottom right side of the page. When you return to the WCC Website you will be directed directly to the Motorhome page.

If you look directly below the banner you will see a set of feature tabs. Select the "My Workhorse" tab. You will see "Register Now".

Complete fill out the "Please Tell us Who You Are" page. The yellow colored fields are mandatory in locating your WCC records. At the bottom of the form it'll ask you to give yourself a screen name (use the iRV2.com screen name if you like), and give yourself a password and then confirm it and click on "Next".

Save and record your LOGIN username and password (you may use your iRV2 screen name if it's easier to remember)

The next page will present you with the opportunity to enter information directly about your motorhome and chassis. Have you purchase date available and your chassis VIN#.

At the bottom of the page you will be presented with a "Next" button which will take you through the registration validation process.

Once that's done you will see displayed on your screen any campaigns (recalls) that are outstanding for your chassis and those campaigns that have been completed.

If you are a second owner, make sure you have called WCC and told them that you're the second owner. Give it about a week (if that) and your second owner information should also be available on-line as well.

When you return to the site look at the top of the page and "LOGIN" using the credentials you made for yourself when you initially signed up.

The IT group at WCC made these features available for all Workhorse customers and having this information for your immediate use can dispel and urgency to find out about recalls or any other information about your Workhorse.

Thanks for this post DriVer. It is very useful. I logged on to Workhorse.com and entered my information. Yes, the information specific to my motorhome is incredible.
Also, the "Authorized Dealer Search" will come in very useful should I encounter problems on the road.

Driver:

I went through the registration, but was never presented with a page that listed information on my chassis. I just went back, loged in and still could not see any information on my chassis--What am I failing to do. They have me registered and let me log in?
I went back and found an "add " next to the VIN info page. Click this and was able to get the info on my chassis. This is a great tool.
Thanks for posting this.

Great site. I particularly like the W24 photo of the unit that is made to drive in Europe. Yes, the one with the steering wheel on the right side!!!
You don't see many of them around here like that one.

Happy Moroting!!

I tried register on the site. After getting to the page where one enters the VIN and etc. the pages just "freeze". I have a DSL connection yet I get stuck with the "openning" until finally after several minutes i shutdown Internet explorer. I can come back and start to sign in and it seems to know me and presents the "update" page then freezes again! Am I the only one? What can I be doing wrong?

In your case there could be some issues with your Internet setting. You may have a high security setting which may slow things down. You may also have an aggressive pop-up blocker or a version of AD-Ware or similar application that wants to control everything that comes across the screen.

I have experienced these types of service anomalies with other websites however I can't exactly tell you what could be the problem on your system other than to suggest that you check your computer Internet security settings and to check for 3rd party apps that may block traffic.

Now let me offer this. In the window where you fill in all your information there's a little link in the top right hand corner of the "current window". It's so small I even missed it the first time around but you have to "Add" the record to the database. I think that might be the problem.

Give it a try and let me know. If you send me a PM with your phone number I'll call ya and we'll get through this. I have free nights and weekends and after 9:00pm Eastern is good for me as well.

I have tried gpoing to the workhorse site and then choosing - my Workhorse then About me to try to log in. The information starts to appear on the screen over portions of the screen then stops.

Be aware that I am bothering you as I cannot get to anywhere I can contact the site to determine the problem. For the record I am on a DSL connection and this is the only site I have had this problem consistently.

Thanks for any aid/thoughts you may be able to supply.

If you can get to it, maybe go to Service/Online Support (this opens in a new window, so make sure your popup blockers don't kill it) and log your problem there. You don't have to log in to use this.

Tell them maybe what browser you use (internet explorer, netscape, and so forth), and your basic system specs (like memory, PC or Mac), and your contact info.

For what it is worth, I cannot get to the support section. I have tried making changes on my firewall cooky area and still can't get very far. all screens "lock up" I can get to the screen that recognizes my signon and password automatically only by hitting the "stop" function of my Internet Explorer. I choose any choice from there and the computer begins to try to open the page and is then stuck.

Sorry to keep this up. However I would like to be able to join the club and see the records for my MH.

If I click on the support page, it opens this page:

http://mycusthelp.com/WORKHORSE/

maybe try putting that whole line into your address bar, then you'll go straight to the support page.
