Just thought I'd pass along a good service experience regarding our Allison Transmission in our moho. It had developed a very small leak coming from the Shift Lever shaft which extends out the left side of the transmission.
Per Allison Tech Support Line I took it to Stewart & Stevenson Power, Inc. just north of Pueblo, Colorado on Interstate 25. While it was there I had them change out the tranny fluid to Transynd. They had to order an 'O'-ring for the shaft which took 5-days to get the part in.
In anycase, they changed the 'O'-ring and refilled the tranny and we were all set. I asked about purchasing a gallon or so of the Transynd to have on hand for the future. When I picked up the rig they gave me a new 1-gallon container of Transynd at no charge.

Another authorized Allison dealer that gives quality service is Weld County Garage in Greeley, CO. We were traveling thru, needed a transmission flush and refill, and they got us in the next day. Yes Driver, I went with Transynd. Someday around the campfire I'll tell you why I did it. Good for a laugh.
