On Thursday, June 15th, on the way out for the weekend, I stopped by Brazel's RV concerning my failing Actia IP. They confirmed it was dieing and ascertained the mileage. I signed off on their data and they faxed it to WH. As promised, two business days later on my way back from my outing, the IP was there waiting for me and was installed in about 15 minutes.

Now, that's what I call REAL customer service.

Nice to hear about Good Service. For us in Central Ca........I see Lodi Truck has a new website up.........looks and sounds good. Have heard some good things about them, and planning on giving them a try next time I need service......and yes, they are a workhorse service center.

How did they get your mileage correct?

I have had the best experience with my RV service using Brazels. No other company (even Winnebago) comes close to real , honest, service/work.

This time the mileage was still visible on the display if you squinted just right. However, we could have come up with a good estimate since I had just serviced my chassis and it is 49.3 miles (According to DeLorme Street Atlas) from my home to Brazel's.

I must have misinterpreted your initial claim.I read it to be that you had it checked, forms filled out and faxed, went on a trip, came back and had a new cluster installed.

I wished Brazel's was closer also. I have had nothing but outstanding customer attention and service from them...and they are nice people, also.

You got it right. That's exactly what happened.

Did you drive your coach after the forms were filled out?

Yes, I drove from Centralia, WA to Seaside, OR, a distance of 120 miles each direction. The 240 mile were added on to the actual mileage. that figure was submitted to WH as the start point on the new IP.
