"Auto park" light /

So randomly 3-4 weeks ago my auto park light decides to stay on, check functionality of "trans brake/parking brake" and all is well. So it's stayed on since then, the couple times I've used it, we drive Wednesday all night, in and out of it on way to destination and park it, today off a sudden the "parking brake light" won't go off and hear no noise from the "trans brake/parking brake" and unit won't more. Start investigating and find the fuse under the hood is blown, replace fuse works 2 cycles and blows again. Any thoughts where to start?

Parking brake actuator rebuilt last summer and parking brake pads replaced\

Thanks!
