With all the stuff i have read about autopark and from my own experience with a P30 chassis with autopark. I would not leave my driveway without both of those switches in my toolbox. I would also carry a set of chocks.

Don't forget to be sure you have in your tool box the wrenches necessary to change the switches either.

Congrats glad you got that worked out.

Yes, she sure did. She enjoys mowing. That is her quiet time. When she gets on her mower just stay out of the way and let her go.

So I need to ask are the pressure switches the same for the J72 AAPB? I would like to carry some in my parts box.

Autopark

The J72 is a TOTALLY different system. None of the important parts and pieces are the same. I'd suggest you check with Brazel's RV. They have a website.

Auto park problem

Ok thanks oldusedbear I thought they were different but didn’t know in which way. I know Brazel’s sells a kit but not sure if that’s an expense I want.

I am glad it worked out for you, I am having my own APB issues today, while I was on the way to take my coach to the shop to get the dash air conditioner fixed and new brake pads installed the yellow light on my APB genie light came on, and within 2 miles I was on the shoulder of the road stuck (less than half a mile from where I planned to pull off to check the system). Something sprung a leak and was spewing fluid, thankfully I carry spare fluid and was able to fill it back up and limp the last 3 miles to the shop where I was heading. I am currently waiting to hear the cause of the leak, it did not appear to be the RGS, though was coming from somewhere near the pump assembly.

Issac, please keep us informed of your progress. The more we learn about this system the better for all who may face a problem in the future.
I hope I didn't cast a dark shadow on you.
Lynn

Well it looks like the problem on mine is a pin hole in the hard line that runs from the pump to the actuator. This is a fairly long hard line as on mine the pump assembly is mounted up front on the drivers side and the actuator is mounted on the passenger side by the transmission. I am not checking into getting a new hardline fabricated.

Was there any evidence of chaffing due to a hold down hardware?

Any explanation why the pin hole developed?

There was no apparent cause though it is at the outside radius of a 90 degree bend in the tubing.

If you have a W24, there is a known rub point with the power steering hose and the hard line. The hard line is still available from Ultra RV Products.

I just finished a year long diagnosis and repair of my J72 system (part of that time includes winter storage). The Ultra RV system with the Ultra Save check valve is the only thing that prevented major issues and getting stuck on the side of the road.
