Automatic Shaft Break Diagram

I own a 1995 Damon Frontier Flyer Class A MH on a GM frame, 464 chevy.

The Automatic Shaft Breaking system is leaking fluid causing the drive shaft braking system to be activated.

Reading on other forums, this seems to be a very common problem with the P30 and P32 chassis. I do not know which one I have. My motorhome VIN starts with the 1GBKP. (I am told this info is needed to determine the chassis type)

Can a diagram and parts list for the Automatic Shaft Breaking System be obtained on line?

Thanks for any help.

If you search this forum for Workhorse parking brake (not break) you will find a wealth of information. It is a famous weak point and has been discussed a lot on here.

You need to contact Roger at: oldusedbear@nwtec.com
He is the unquestioned authority on the J71 APB (Automatic Parking Brake).

YES, contact Roger. His advice is free and he has saved many owners a lot of money. The address I have for Roger is oldusedbear11@charter.net and both addresses may work.

You will also find good info here: http://www.irv2.com/forums/f22/auto-...de-133614.html

There are other resources about the P32 chassis in the "Workhorse Important Discussions" thread in the sticky at the top of this forum.
