I may not have noticed it earlier, but it is happening now. Whenever the motor is on and in park, the (!) is lit and the AutoPark is lit, and a buzzer is ringing. When I put it in drive, reverse, or neutral, the autopark disengages and these lights go off and the buzzer goes off.
1. Is this buzzer indeed linked to the autobrake?
2. Is it supposed to be buzzing when the engine is park, or is this an indication that something needs some attention.
Thanks.

Something is not right if it buzzes the whole time you are stopped, idling in Park position.
Might just be a wiring problem.

According to my service manual, the buzzer is an indication that either the fluid is low in the autopark system, or there is a cable that is in need of adjustment.

Thanks Tom and Max,
Tom, I did not see any reference to that buzzer in my manuals. Looking for the fluid resevoir for the autopark system and can't seem to find it. Looking at the chassis guide, it points to the driver side near the relay switches, but all I have there is a power steering resevoir. Any further direction on where to find this?
Thanks.

I had the same problem, since, brand new on my 03 chassis. Dealer didn't know it was broken when sold and my first chassis. After warranty was over found the problem. My local Workhorse dealer found the wiring problem and rewired. One of my numerous problems, since, brand new. Hope this was some help. George

George,
Thanks for the insight. I have been pondering your thoughts. It seems like your buzzer problem was from the first day you owned it. Although I could have missed it on the first dozen or so times I started mine, but I think it is something that just started happening on this last trip I took. But, I could be wrong. It's all new to me and I just want to be sure I am not overlooking a meaningful alert. I also don't want to take it to the mechanic for something simple like a fluid level. Thanks for your thoughts. If it comes to taking it in the WH shop I will have them looking for a wiring issue as well.
Any other thoughts on where to check the fluid level? Or if there is an adjustment that can be made? Or is this something that should just go to the shop for a closer look?
Thanks.

My buzzer did that too. With some guidance by oldusedbear, the cable needed to be tighened. About a 30 min job if you know what you are doing. And if you do, it's a very easy job.

Greg, oldusedbear hangs out on the rv.net forum. He usually responds in the class A forum there. Post your question there, sooner or later he will show up.
I have an older unit than you, my fluid resevoir is located on the inside of the passenger side frame rail to the rear of the transmission tail. There is a plate that needs to be removed to completely access the autopark assembly, but the fluid cap is on the left rear and accessible without removing anything.
Yours may be a newer unit with resevoir in a different location. On the front of my unit there is a cable that activates the brake. When it needs adjustment the buzzer sounds, Simple to adjust. The buzzer will also sound as a warning of low fluid - at least that is the way mine is set up. I do know that Workhorse made some changes to the system, yours may be included - oldusedbear will know.
Good luck and let us know what you find out.
