I own an 03 W20 chassis and noticed a noise today returning from a trip. Sounds like its coming from something belt driven. Also noticed the belt tensioner seems to move more than I would expect while the engine is idling. Has anyone noticed much movement with their tensioner while the engine is running? Also, has anyone heard of any failures with the tensioner? After the engine cooled I started it again and the noise is gone, but the tensioner still seems to move more than I would expect.

Though I've not yet done it on my Workhorse.
I have replaced the odd belt tensioner on other vehicles had them fall apart in my hand no less
Thankfully, Never while driving.
