I asked a question (questions) on the forum and got many responses from people with suggestions to my problems. Then Keith Shomaker with Redlands Truck and RV gave suggestions and even asked me to call him. I am in Texas and his shop is in California, but he still gave me FREE advice and suggestions over the phone. In a time when it is difficult to find a "honest" person to work on your car or RV, it is very refreshing to know that there are people like Kevin still out there. If you are in his area of California during your travels stop in and say hi and if you need any service he will help you out in a Honest way. Here is his shops website PLEASE use him if you are in the area. Redlands Truck and RV

All the advertising in the world will not build a loyal customer base like personal service and honesty. Way to go Redlands.

Did you ever find your problem with the battery discharging? If so please tell us what it was and how it was repaired.

Thanks - Glenn

Mutha my stupid @$# put the new house batteries on wrong. I am going this weekend to fix that and see what happens, I will let you know what I find out. I have heard many National owners put a switch on the chassis battery to keep it from going dead while being stored. I may need to do that, not sure why National chassis batteries drain while stored

Please go to http://RVServiceReviews.com and record your service experience. This is the only place on the internet where RV owners can document their RV service experiences. There are almost 2000 searchable reviews available nationwide and in Canada.

Better yet! Evaluate your Workhorse Service Center on Workhorse.com. If you want to give your favorite WCC service center an "atta boy" send those to the people that can see it and translate that into a benefit for the dealer that's doing an exceptional job.

Likewise if a dealer isn't up to your expectations please voice those concerns as well ... they'll get theirs in due time when there are enough complaints.

Better Yet! Post your comments on both RVServiceReviews and Workhorse.com. Since Redlands Truck in not only a Workhorse Service Center but also a Truck and all make RV repair.
