bleeding the brakes

Just ordered some speed bleeders from Oemy. The problem is, I have never bled brakes before so any help will be greatly appreciated. I noticed that in the pictures on his web site, there was a custom looking hose that was attatched to the bleeder and was then inserted into the fluid container. Is this something I can get at a parts store? Thanks

Now add a piece of plastic tubing and a 2 or 3 liter soda bottle and your in business.
