2002 Gulf Stream Sun Voyager Workhorse Chasis 8.1 Engine. All of the sudden no speedo, tach, temp gauge etc. Check fuses. One 25 amp fuse blown. Replaced it and instruments worked for about 10 minutes on road. Blew fuse again. I bought motorhome used. Fuse block is just dangling by wires and I'm thinking this might be causing problems. Anybody here know what else could be going on here?

This is the fuse panel setup for 03 coach all fastened under dash or on firewall.
If you have a loose panel you should fasten some where to prevent wiring from braking down or hitting chassis framing.

I'm going to take out the drivers seat to give me more room down there. Makes sense to me that the fuse block should be secured somehow to keep it from jostling around per se. I don't know whether that's causing a wire to short or what but I'll try replacing fuse and securing it tight to something first and see what happens.

Last year, I had a similar problem. I had to replace my intrument panel at about $250.
