I set myself up next to my motorhome with my computer and I've been banging away on the keys for quite a long time today. I got some larger pictures to put up in the Interim Repair Procedure thread and with the help of a yet unnamed "Oemy", the larger format pictures were put up.
I greeted a number of Bounder Owners who came by my rig just to say that they had enjoyed the seminar I had presented on Wednesday. Cool!
What they shared with me is that they felt that I gave them the best information that basically was unavailable to them. I suggested to a number of these folks to come on iRV2 and get it direct from the Forum. I told them we're never closed and we're here 24/7.

I hooked up one owner with a service center in Orlando in regard to a bad TAC module. Thanks to Jon. He's one of our best resources that are available here in the forum.
A (unnamed) dealership is showing 2 Bounder Classics at this rally both on Fords. Inside the product brochures they are showing for 2010 that the Workhorse is the optional chassis and it's available on the W Series. Both of these rigs are painted in Classic Bounder colors and feature full body paint. It's curious as to why both Fords are tail high as they are sitting there in the parking lot unloaded.
This afternoon at 2:30 I presented a second seminar and 10 people attended. We sat around in a semi circle and we talked about the Interim Notice, how to identify and determine if what was going on was a symptom. Flipping the card over we discussed what to do and how to obtain assistance in regard to what was being presented to them as a problem.
One of the attendees took over the floor and spoke about how well the procedure worked for him. He wasn't shy about it either. He said he called Roadside Assistance, they dispatched a tow truck, got him on the floor at the service center, repaired the problem and he was on his way in but a few hours. The man was very complimentary as to how quickly Workhorse responded to his problem and got him on the road.
The other club members took what he said at face value and took away a new appreciation for how this process can work when it's done right. We continued our discussion and addressed a number of questions that some of the new owners had. There were 2 - 2009 Bounder owners in the session and they were new to Workhorse and they had a lot of questions about maintenance issues including how to use their grade brake. Dealerships sometimes have no clue how to demonstrate these things.
Concluding the seminar some of the attendees followed me back to my rig so that I could show them my CrossFire system and TPMS. It's amazing what a dealership will tell their customer about how much air to put in their tires. A 35 foot motorhome does not need to run 110 PSI in its tires.
Our day was over at 4:00pm and Colleen made an excellent spaghetti casserole! Roxy and I took a long walk (to her) and when she got home she took a drink and passed out on the rug.
The casserole was Yummy!
