If you're looking for a definitive list, the list that is here is the best you're going to get.

Here's a reprint of the Service Bulletin:
Report Date : March 4, 2004 at 10:59 PM
NHTSA Campaign ID number : 04V084000
Make / Models : Model/Build Years:
WORKHORSE / W20 2000-2002
WORKHORSE / W22 2000-2002
NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID Number : 04V084000
Recall Date : FEB 18, 2004
Component: SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC
Potential Number Of Units Affected : 9040
Summary:
ON CERTAIN TRAILERS EQUIPPED WITH BOSCH ZOPS, THE PADS CAN DRAG ON THE ROTOR SURFACE DUE TO THE PIN SLIDE.
Consequence:
A HANG UP OR LOCK UP MAY CAUSE THE CALIPERS TO OVER HEAT AND NOT ALLOW THE DRIVER TO STOP SAFELY. THIS COULD CAUSE OVERHEATING OF THE BRAKE CALIPERS WHICH COULD RESULT IN A VEHICLE FIRE.
Remedy:
WORKSHORSE HAS NOT PROVIDED A REMEDY FOR THIS CAMPAIGN.
Notes:
WORKHORSE RECALL NO. 50401-C. CUSTOMER'S CAN ALSO CONTACT THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SAFETY ADMINISTRATION'S AUTO SAFETY HOTLINE AT 1-888-DASH-2-DOT (1-888-327-4236).
You will notice in the notice that the NHTSA thinks that we're all running around in Workhorse trailers and then there's the Work"s"horse typo

One thing that is fact is that both Workhorse and Bosch are sharing the cost of the campaign however if pressed to put a percentage on that number, and since WCC is a privately held company, WCC is not releasing that information.
Now you can always play "sleuth" and figure out how much the parts cost because that should be in the public domain and depending on what the labor rate was for the job that would give you a good approximation as to how much one recalled job would cost.
Thanks for the question.

I'm the 2nd owner and not sure Workhorse knows I own the unit. Tried to call their customer service today and was told it would be a 15 minute wait. I think I'll try www.nhsta.com and see if there is a place there I can check for recalls by VIN.
Thanks for all you info!

What's your VIN? We'll figure it out for ya!

Thank You

You're welcome!
You fall within the period:

2002 "¢ 23336034 to 23356051
Your chassis: ---> 23347503
Please take the time and call Workhorse Customer Support,(again) give them your serial number and tell them that you are the second owner. They'll get you registered right there and then. Since the recall applies to your chassis they will take care of that for you as well.

Thanks again for all your help. Do you think the might do something about my bouncing front end? I talked with a local dealer and they said I had to weigh it and then they would have to drive it to make sure it bounces. It feels like the front shocks are shot. It's okay until you crossover a overpass or something similar and it bounces instead of taking the bump in stride. The coach has about 13500 mile on it. It's okay most of the time but on a recent trip to Durango from Tucson we took a 2 lane road that runs north from Hobbs NM and it bounced so bad we felt unsafe and slowed down to about 50 miles an hour to maintain control of the unit. We were towing a Jeep Wrangler and I'm sure we were not overloaded. I know this is not your problem but I'm just looking for guidance and assistance. Thanks again and Happy Trails!
