I am looking for a location to purchase the Bosch ZOP Caliper rebuild kit. After having the calipers and brakes replaced, I now have 2 calipers that are rebuildable. Any idea where to find parts or part numbers. Thay are for the 66mm calipers that came off the W20 Workhorse chassis.

I had downloaded the manual, but no part numbers are listed. I had the coach repaired at Gillogly's, and they identified that Workhorse does not have rebuild kits only new calipers. I train GM technicians at a GM Training Center and have a good relationship with Gillogly's and feel that they did all they could with absolutely no assistance from Workhorse for a coach that has only 21,000 miles. Workhorse's reponse was the vehicle was to old, even though it had been less than 10,000 miles since the campaign was done for the brake drag concern.

I do not believe that the Bosch calipers are rebuildable or at least I haven't heard of anyone that is doing it at the moment.

What's the year of your W20? 10th digit.

My local Workhorse Service Center (where I purchased the MH) does not stock the Bosch brake parts, but I located all the brake parts from a local truck repair facility. All the parts are available from Euclid Industries,an ArvinMeritor brand. I might mention, the people where I purchased my parts will not sell rebuilt Bosch 66 or 73 mm pin slide disc brake calipers, stating they have had many problems with the remanufactured calipers. Euclid does sell the required boot and seal kits and caliper pistons. There catalog lists their U.S. address as 6660 Beta Dr., Cleveland, Ohio 44143-2321. (Phone 1-866-2Euclid) These brake systems are used on some International trucks, so you may be able to pursue a local truck dealer or repair shop. I understand the ZOPS brake system was used on some Freightliner chassis, but not sure the revised pin system was used. I have the catalog information, which I'll share. Just send me an email. <BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-title">quote:</div><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-content">Originally posted by 02windsport:
