After completing brake recall the ABS light is on.

Workhorse repair people say needs new ABS module for $1,000.

workhorse tech service says it is control module.

Does anyone know where the control module is located and where a replacement module can be purchased on the after market

Sounds like Bull. Take it to a different shop and have them hook up the computer and check it.

I agree, get a second opinion. Make sure they use a Tech II.

If the ABS light came after a caliper lock-up (and overheating) event, it's probably the ABS sensor. They cost less than $100 and can be installed by any competent mechanic or DIY.

Sensors were replaced, light still on
I would like to replace the electronic module which is not available from workhorse, but is on the after market.
