is there a brake bell crank housing that needs to be greased? if so i never heard of it. where is it located and just regular grease that is used for the ball joints?
mine is a 04 and never greased anything like that.
any other hidden grease areas that need to be done?

Please see the attachment. The Zerk is located on the relay rod from the brake pedal to the back of the Bosch Hydro-Max (master cylinder).
All you need to use is the same grease that you would use on your chassis. There are no other hidden grease fittings.
Please download the 2009 Chassis Guide located here in the stickies at the top of the page. It'll have all the lubrication call outs that you are interested in seeing.

LazyDays in Seffner, FL just installed one in my 03/2004 Bounder. They said that the newer coaches had them and mine didn't. They installed and greased.

There different types of bell cranks. The one I am familiar with can be seen on the Hendersonslineup.com website. It shows a bell crank that I remember seeing on my RV. When you get to the Henderson's site select PRODUCTS, then MOTORHOMES then STEERING AND TRACKING. The first item shown is a bell crank. Henderson's is upgraded but similar in shape to the bell crank I remember. On the one in my motor there is a Zerk fitting on the side of the round portion.

Older models do not have the fitting. Lazy Days charges 180 bucks, but if you are handy, there are instructions on this site that show you how to do it.

No, I had blown two tires and while I was having tires replaced I inspected my rotors and found issues on the rear dueleys. I had a crack in the driver side rear rotor and pad depoist on the passanger side rear rotor.
It was determined that the crack was sufficient to replace the rotor, Lazydays tech said the pad depoist was normal? and that rotor was not changed. Both calipers were supposedly replaced and all was done at workhorse expense. They would not release the the new RECALL parts even though I pleaded with them. All I got for an answer was, we have not made the official recall and therefore we can not ship new fix. I have yet to receive my official recall letter. I am traveling and mail is forwarded to a relative. Since my fix I have experienced a intermittent steady ABS light and loss of chassis air everytime I get the steady ABS light. Then no ABS light and air returns. Any ideas? W22 workhorse chassis/Fleetwood box.

They should have been able to do that for $1.00 for the fitting plus 30 minutes labor. At the most 60 to 70 bucks.

As you said Driver, I was rode hard and put away wet. My only recourse was the Rate the Dealer and let anyone that I can know how I was treated at LazyDays. My gut feeling after 5 minutes with the service tech was to take my rv and go home. Next
time I will listen to the old gut.
Vet: They are doing the recalls by using your vin number. Just go to a RELIABLE dealer.

That said ..... A letter is coming in the mail and it should be arriving soon. The Recall Letter details all your rights as a consumer and it's important.
The reason why the centers are doing recall work now is because there are a lot of vehicles out there needing brake work and the old parts are no longer available. Ordering quantities of these parts into the hundreds the dealers are compelled to move this inventory off the shelves. After all who wants to sit on 100 or more calipers/rotors/etc. until the t's are all crossed and the i's dotted. Yes using your VIN# will get the job done.
Continue to be looking for a letter in a mailbox near you!
