Don, reverse bleeding of the hydraulic system is not new technology.
I bled hydraulic clutch systems on automobiles using a pump type oil can way back in the 1970s. They are just using pressure to force feed the fluid backward from the caliper bleed valve toward the master cylinder reservoir. Direction doesn't matter as long as the air is removed.

If you want to do your own brake bleeding for your motorhome, go to OEMY's website, and order a set of Speed Bleeders. These make it an easy job, one man if necessary.

Nifty gadget for sure however since I was in the business I am not likely to bleed back upstream. If you have contaminants in the caliper I would want those to come out at the caliper bleeder and not force the stuff upstream to the Hydro-Max.

Dieselclacker made the recommendation for Oemy's Speed Bleeders and I concur. 1 man the right way!

Another way is to use a one man hand brake bleeder like the one at Harbor Freight. Just put some teflon tape around the threads on the bleeder screw, (makes it more effective), keep the master cylinder full and pump away. Start at the the longest brake line and work your way to the shortest . Easy, cheap, and you saved a bunch of money.

Chuck, if you want cheap, and not speed, just let each caliper gravity bleed through a hose into a bottle, yep keep that master cylinder reservoir full!!
