Brake light Switch

Where can I find the brake light switch - wire to brake lights - at the dash on my 2004 Allegro Bay. I need to tap into this wire for my trailer brake controller?

Look at your brake pedal, while it resting you should see the switch in contact with the brake pedal arm, I believe there is also the cruise control switch as well

If you look at the picture, that blue wire, with the red connector pictured is connected to the brake light switch, I believe the wire you need is the white one, that red wire is my brake trailer wire spliced in, the blue wire pictured controls my grade brake.

Yellow arrow is brake light wire

the other switch controls your cruise control

I'll look for this today. Yesterday I found a blue wire that goes hot when the brake pedal is depressed. Thanks for the great picture.

You were dead on target. I don't know how I could have missed it, but I still didn't know that the white wire was the one I needed.
Can't thank you enough.
