Hi y'all,

Well I finally got my brake recall done and the new brakes work just fine. I had contacted Lee Smith in Chattanooga,TN to have it done but they needed the parts and as soon as they came in they notified me and we set up an appointment day. I arrived there at 10:15AM and they took care of me right away as appointment was for 10:30 AM. After paperwork was taken care of they directed me to the RVers' lounge where there was a coffee machine, tV, and a laptop connected to internet. They also have a few RV parts and truck parts. The lounge and rest room was spotless and I enjoyed my time there. After lunch they called me into the shop as there was a problem with rear pads which I sort of expected since I previously changed the front ones myself and they needed to be replaced. They replaced the pads, installed the new calipers and bled the system and at 2:30PM I was good to go.

I would recommend Lee Smith in Chattanooga, TN to anyone who needs Workhorse work done. They also handle big trucks so I imagine they work on Freightliner, etc. He is also easy to get to off of I-24.

Lucky You lee smith did not perform the work we requested and were charged for work that wasnt performed. We had a budget to work with they agreed to call us if it was going to go over budget, they never called us and we were charged a tremendous amount for work that was not performed. we took it to another dealer and showed them our reciept from Lee Smith for work that was supposedly done. The other repair shop checked the work that was supposed to be done and informed us that the work was not done or had not been attempted. Consider yourself warned and use caution with this company.
