I am assuming the responsibility for my comments. I should know better than to go post for post with another participant. Sorry guys!

I am among the many who appreciate the info you pass on to us, regardless of what it is. I'm sorry you have been battered on this and other forums by frustrated and upset owners. I understand why they are frustrated, just not on why they focus their attention on you. My recommendation is to simply not provide any comment on the information you provide to anyone. If someone has a question for you for which they would like to have an answer, have them email you and you can email them back. That way maybe the furor will calm down, although there will always be some who will hold you responsibile for WH and Bosch's failures.

Mike Driver & Ed G are a great resource and pass along the facts as they get them. LIke it or not "facts is facts".

I don't believe anyone blames our ambassadors for the "Caliper Issue". That responsibility is not theirs but rests entirely on the shoulders of the chassis manufacturers (not just WH but others as well).

Seems to me the only "flack" the ambassadors take is when they stray away from stating "the facts" and begin to post their personal opinions...(Just like I & others do, both posting our opinions & taking flack.)

I for one am glad that we ALL have this resourse available to communicate and am grateful to ALL (not just WH ambassadors) who accurately communicate the facts about issues and fixes for our "cherished toys" (read MH).
