Ron,

You may choose to stay at Larry's since he does have hookups in front of the garage. If you want to go upscale a bit consider staying at the Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

If you are coming in from the North, continue past South of the Border to the Flying J Exit in Latta. Get on Route38 and go to SC501. Continue on 501 through Conway and past the Granger power plant on your left. At the SC544 intersection take a right and go straight on into Ocean Lakes. Approaching Ocean lakes make sure that you are in the center lane and go straight across the street.

You can pre-pay and get an express check in packet of pay when you get here. I'm sure you will love Ocean Lakes. Make sure you get one of the sites close up on the beach. Enjoy.

Going to Larry's from Ocean Lakes, go straight across 17 up to by-Pass 17 at the Walmart. Turn right and go north on 17 By-Pass. At the first traffic light take a right turn and then an immediate left turn down the street. Larry's will be in front of you at the end of the street.

Call me while you're here and we'll go have lunch at Joey Doggs! Not to be missed!

I'm looking forward to coming to MB so we can have lunch at Joey Doggs. Never been there but heard that the place if great. Speaking of hot dogs, I grew up in north Jersey and went often to an old hot dog stand named "Rutts Hutt" in Clifton, NJ. They have outstanding dogs, called "wellers", served with frenchies with gravy if you like, with the best darn relish in the world, and a cold one sitting at the bar watching whatever NY team is on the TV. Now, that's the life! Of course, they have lots of other goodies to please the pallet. The place has been there forever. In fact, my folks, may the rest in peace, went there on dates back prior to WWII. They have a stand up counter in front and a bar with a dark, dingy restaurant in the back. It's been mentioned on TV shows.

Bob

i had my recall done at larrys also. i can say i was very pleased but i will caution you about this, i just took my wheels off my rig to get new tires put on and when i started removing the lug nuts i noticed they were not torqued properly. when i went back across them with my torque wrench i found some as low as 110/lbs and some as high as 525/lbs! just thought you might want to know. one of my pet peeves is mechanics that only use air wrenches and dont use torque wrenches on lug nuts!
