All who have been refused reimbursement by Workhorse for brake repairs made before the "recall", please post here. Maybe we, as a group, can come up with an alternative way to have Workhorse reconsider their refusal to reimbursement us. Any and all suggestions are welcome as this is becoming a gross injustice to us and all Workhorse customers.

I was denied reimbursement for repairs made in June 2009 to the tune of $1005.09!

I agree Rick. We need to stick together on this one as well. I was turned down by wh for 2 repairs dated june and august of 2007. Someone else here posted he was turned down but was going to arbitrate it. Maybe he can tell us who he's filing that with. If its with wh I believe he's wasting his time. But who knows, cant hurt.

I was also denied reimbursement in 2007 to the tune of $900 plus. MH has been mostly parked since. Heart can't take pressure of another brake failure.Bussey

My unreimbursed (by WH) total was 1645.08 for July 07 and Jan 08 brake seizure events. I submitted a letter and detailed expense report (w/receipts) to WH on July 20, 2009 and have heard nothing from them.
