I have followed them since they were actually on the North Trail (Now on I-75). They also have an store in Ft. Lauderdale. I have heard good things about them, but have never been in the place. I emailed them years ago about one of their used RV and they have kept me on their email list for a while. They are one of the biggest Newmar dealers around and Newmar doesn't fool around with poor dealers. I'd have no problems with them. I drove right past them today on the way back North.

They did my pre-purchase RV inspection (they were not the seller), and I had no problems with them.

They just opened their service center in Dania Beach and its already to busy to take drive ins. I was told they can't see me to fix an A/C problem unit March 18. They must be doing something right. Even in this economy they seem to be investing heavily in new units and new facilities.

I used North Trail last year to replace my instrument cluster (zero cost to me) and was pleased with the service. I also just purchased new Michelin tires there.

I don't know about North Trail but I take my MH to Mr. front end in Punta Gorda about 25 north of there. Mike will treat you right and they do all kinds of fleets so they know what they are doing.

We bought our travel trailer from North Trail in 2005.

The trailer has been back for various types of service three times.

Every service was done right, and on time, every time.

Excellent service.
