Anyone ever see the IP LCD display the words BUZZER CALL in the text line below the gear indication? It is flashing on and off, alternating with the normal info displayed at that second line position.

If so, do you know what it is trying to tell the driver?

Thanks, ED

Not a thing in the Tech II DTC ..... still looking.

Can't find anything in the Maintenance CD using search for "buzzer" and "call".

just looking through my owners manual looking for my lost volts. page 100 under "gasoline vehicle switch input list" they mention the dreaded "BUZZER CALL". the bad news is they don't tell you what it means. the good news is it is a workhorse thing n not some gremlin that snuk in under the bed. my guese is it tried to sound a buzzer but had a negitive function. call workhorse. dave

"Found It!"

It would seem that BUZZER CALL is a function of the IP Mode Switch.

It would seem that call on the IP is coincidental to the current situation.
