CAB AC Drier

I need to replace the AC Drier unit in my 2005 W22. The PN is 0800807 according to the label on the existing unit. I can't find it by this part number on the internet or through an AC parts supplier. Does this still exist or is there a possible substitute? Thanks for any help.

Be careful. Some have different inlet and outlet sizes and some are the same size. I believe mine were the same size.
