A friend told me he has tried to call workhorse and gets coachnet. Coachnet does not transfer him to Workhorse, tells him to contact his service center. His question is about burnt wires. My question is not about burnt wires, its about why you get coachnet.

Is this something new?, I haven't had any reason to call Workhorse in at least the last couple of years.

Al, I'm guessin' your friend doesn't have the super secret decoder WCC VIP ring with a hidden compartment under the top of the ring! That is why HE can't talk to WCC.

At least SOMEONE is answering the phone

Best to you - Glenn.

wthomas1, what number did you use to call Workhorse? My friend called 888-946-7731. I used that number a few years ago and got Workhorse.

Calling 877-946-7731 will get you Workhorse Roadside Assistance and they will answer the phone, "Workhorse".

The people at this number also manage any and all recalls. If you have your VIN# and if you give it to them they will check to see if there any open campaigns on your vehicle.

Workhorse RSA will not only find an "Authorized" SC for you but they will find and or suggest the closest approved alternate service facility that can repair the problem you might be having.

WRSA is the primary number that you should call for all warranty and non-warranty issues if you are out on the road.

These people will also call you back to make sure that you needs have been addressed.

From the Dayton KOA 2 U Happy 4th!
