Can a Scangauge II Push Codes?

Is the scangauge II capable of pushing codes to the ECM like keep the electric fans running 2 min after engine shutdown or does this have to be programmed by techs like Brazels or the Redlands guys?

I believe that the Scangauge is passive and does not have the ability to modify any parms in the tables.

I am currently testing some mods to the temp settings and fan settings. It's to early to tell yet as we have not been in some heat... Probably won't have anything good data until National in July.
