No, I finally just wiggled it quite a bit and pulled it up and off. Had to wiggle it pretty good to put it back on.
I left the MAF in place but I did spray it pretty good with MAF cleaner while the engine was off and then with the engine running. The MAF is easy to get to with the air filter removed.
Had problems four years ago with O2 sensor CEL. Turned out the final cure was cleaning the MAF so I decided to clean it while changing the air filter.
It's a bit of a tight space to work in...had my levelers extended all the way on the front and then two jack stands under the cross bar just in case.
