Has anyone used the Cat's Eye? It's a tool to keep the rear tire's at the same pressure.

I wrote a post this morning about Crossfire. That's what I use.

I couldn't find your post,
I use Crossfires as well. A bit of a pain to install on Aluminum wheels if you don't want to drill into the hub cover. I had them mounted behind a lug nut. I consider them a necessity along with a truck tire gauge and an air compressor good for 140 psi.

Crossfires saved me from heading out one day with a nail in inner dually. In 2005 the day after Katrina hit I was with the ministry I do disaster relief work with when we had stopped in Mobile, AL for a day. When the way was clear to head to MS we prepared to leave for Biloxi. I had deployed leveling jacks for the night but barely and while I was filling my water tank there I also looked at the Crossfires and all were good. Jacks had been retracted.

When I got in the MH to prepare to head out one of our guys told me the left rear Crossfire was now black meaning low air. When we checked the tires we found the inner dual had a nail in it. I must have picked it up there ( there was a lot of debris in that area from Katrina also and no power) and when I looked I think the nail hadn't done all of it's damage yet. Fortunately I had a spare on that coach we could change to. That tire was only a few months old too and had to be replaced.

Yes, they can be a pain to get on when removing tire but easy to fill dually with the one fill stem for both tires. I'm small so I could get my hands in there without to much problem.

All that to say, I too would recommend them.
