My used MH came with the WH original installed and recommended rear tires 235/80/22.5, and a set of replacement truck tires installed on the front by one of the previous owners 255/70/22.5. I'd like to stay with the WH recommended size but I'm also considering replacing all tires to the later.
Has anyone else done this?

Check the date code on each tire... Anything 5 years old or greater should probably be replaced.

A few things to consider:
1) Does the tire fit the rim... IE - some tires qit 6.75" rims and other require 7"
2) Tire height - speedo change
3) Distance between the duels
4) Tire rating - carry capacity
5) Construction - all steel side wall and tread belting
